At five years old my Mom would bring me to our local bank, back then, Shawmut Bank in the city of Boston.  I had a passbook, with about $20 in it and every week we would make a deposit of a dollar or so.  When the transaction would occur, there would be a line item in my passbook, it was interest, it would usually amount to around $.03.  My mother then explained to me, this is what happens when you save money, it creates interest.  I saved all of my money and started developing businesses,  This is where rgfa started. 

I started my first business at 6 years old where I attempted to collect money from people walking on the sidewalk in front of my house, during a snowstorm.  My first venture failed, but there were more to come.

Robert G. Fornaro

Born in the city of Boston, Ma.,  Robert Fornaro has had numerous years of business experience when it comes to starting and manging companies in all aspects of business.

He has started, and advised to hundreds of businesses over his career, and has lectured at various venues on the topics of new ventures, business start up, sales strategy, launch pad, entrepreneurial selling, marketing, Idea Process management. financial analysis and accounting.

Robert holds his undergraduate degree from Northeastern University and completed his graduate work at Boston University and Harvard University, all in business administration,with concentrations in Accounting, International Business, and Economics respectively.

Currently Robert is a member of the Harvard University Faculty Club, , Member of the Massacusetts Institute of Technology Enterprise Forum and volunteers his time as a board member for the  YMCA, and is interim CEO for a high tech organization, fullsquad.com
